We have been operating as a B Corporation since our inception to ensure that our whole team (including professional teams) prioritise a triple bottom line approach and are taking into consideration all stakeholders in decisions that we make. The formal B Corp accreditation took place in 2023.
Our team is vastly experienced across a range of sectors including offices, life sciences, build to rent, student housing, retail and leisure. We take a long term approach to everything we do, curating, managing and stewarding places for many years post completion.
The Board have over 150 years of combined development experience and have delivered some of the most high-profile developments in the south of England.
