The six buildings accommodating offices, retail and hospitality facilities and new homes reached their highest point, just over 31m.

AirRated

We recently achieved gold certification for indoor air quality for our office space, based on aspects of design that ensure the development continuously delivers healthy indoor spaces, courtesy of global indoor air-quality body AirRated.

Local residents working on site

101 Brighton residents have been offered full or part time roles on-site at Edward Street Quarter as part of our ongoing social value commitment to support the local community.

Public art by local Brighton artist is revealed

A 10m mural featuring the Roman god of the sea Neptune by renowned local artist Cosmo Sarson was completed ready for installation in 2022. This will be one of the city’s biggest murals and looks set to become a meeting point for locals, as well as a tourist attraction in its own right.

Championing the esports sector in Sussex

We partnered with Wired Sussex, which supports the digital, media and technology sector on a report to raise the profile of the games cluster. The report identifies the cluster’s strengths and looks at ways it can continue to grow its reputation nationally and internationally as the best region in the UK for games production.

We are looking forward to a busy 2022!
