AHMM

Botanic Place, Cambridge

Architectural ambition is a driving force for AHMM and that is why Socius has worked with the practice for over 20 years; most notably on the award winning Adelaide Wharf in Haggerston.

Starting with four partners in 1989, AHMM is now an award winning, internationally renowned practice with nearly 500 employee-owners around the world.

AHMM are working alongside Socius and Railpen to bring forward a new £500m, 500,000 sq ft workspace scheme, Botanic Place. The vision for the office scheme is that it will become the most sustainable and intelligent workspace in Cambridge

AHMM have also collaborated with Socius to develop proposals for a new integrated retirement community focussing on wellness, care, sustainability and banishing loneliness, in Members Hill, Weybridge. The plans will prioritise the sympathetic and sustainable retention of elements of the existing buildings, and will target the highest environmental and wellbeing standards, including an increase in biodiversity and enhancement of the public realm.
