Devonshire Gardens

Devonshire Gardens

Devonshire Gardens will disrupt the formulaic development that has become commonplace in city centres. Why can’t a new neighbourhood deliver outstanding spaces to work, live and positively impact our environment? Why can’t a mixed-use community deliver thriving spaces for start-ups, SMEs and local community organisations?

That was the brief we set our award-winning architects, BuckleyGrayYeoman and in response, we have proposed a modern mixed-use community comprising workspace, Build-to-Rent apartments and community spaces set around new public gardens in central Cambridge.

When complete, Devonshire Gardens will meet the growing need for high quality workspace and homes, deliver over 1,500 jobs and social value in excess of £100m. The plans are being designed in accordance with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and support Cambridge City Council’s Climate Emergency Strategy.
